SOPZl-107 is suitable for tension measurement of various optical fibers, yarns, chemical fibers, metal wires, wires, cables, adhesive tapes,steel belts. It is widely used in the fields of electronics, chemical industry, textile, paper making, machinery, etc. It has high measurement accuracy, reliability and stability in the field of tension measurement. The sensor has a built-in overload protection mechanism, and each sensor is rigorously tested before leaving the factory, thus ensuring the measurement accuracy,
stability and reliability of the product. It is the choice for high-performance tension control applications in continuous material processing and production.
The 6 axis wheel sensor measures the wheel forces and moments. The six components of the total wheel load are structurally decoupled to provide independent outputs, so post-data correction becomes unnecessary. The low voltage output is amplified by an on-board amplifier module (41130-EB-00). The amplified signal is then wired to a slip ring (41150-RING-00), such that the data can be transmitted to the data acquisition system (iDAS). The sensor fits 13” to 21” wheel.
The loadcell is completely sealed to provide excellent environment protection, and could be used for on-road measurement on a rainy day.
