The TR 3-roller tension meter, designed for wires and strips, is made of alloy steel and features IP65-rated dustproof and waterproof protection. It supports a measuring capacity ranging from 0.1 kg to 50 kg.
It adopts a 3-roller structure, with selectable roller materials such as hard-anodized aluminum alloy, chrome-plated alloy steel, plastic, or ceramic, providing high measurement accuracy. The compact design allows easy installation and offers excellent stability. It outputs a linear voltage signal of 1.5 mV/V, which can be connected to a transmitter for 0–10 V or 4–20 mA output. The sensor is suitable for various optical fibers, yarns, and chemical fibers.
