This compact and robust sensor offers maintenance-free performance and high-precision signal transmission thanks to its strain gauge technology. It excels in measuring both static torque and dynamic rotations (limited angles) in both directions with exceptional accuracy. Its unique flange-to-flange connection ensures precise alignment and measurement of small reaction moments, while the central through hole allows for easy integration with shafts, cables, or pipes. This sensor shines in key applications like actuator and valve testing, fastener testing, pump testing, and automotive brakes.

4. It is suitable for the bolted connection between machines that measure direct torque, and the maximum deflection angle does not exceed ≯360 degrees.

5. No need to preheat, it can enter the working state after turning on the machine.

6. High measurement accuracy, good stability and strong anti-interference.

7. Protected from low pressure water jets – suitable for most industrial environments.

8. The sensor can be used independently from the secondary instrument, as long as the sensor is provided with 5-24VDC power supply according to the pin number, the output current, voltage or frequency signal whose impedance is proportional to the torque.
