ATO-LCST-TJL-8 Tension Load Cell, 10 ton/30 ton/50 ton/100 ton to 200 ton

After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0~5V, 0~10V, 0~±10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

Tension and compression load cells have capacity range from 10 ton, 20 ton, 30 ton, 50 ton, 100 ton to 200 ton. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.

Tips: What is the difference between a Tension Load Cell and a Compression Load Cell?

The main difference between a tension load cell and a compression load cell is the direction of the force being measured. A tension load cell is designed to measure pulling or tension forces, while a compression load cell measures pushing or compressive forces.

  • Tension Load Cells are used in applications where the load is being pulled, such as on cranes, hoists, or wire ropes.
  • Compression Load Cells are used when the force is applied in a compressive direction, such as in weighing systems or hydraulic presses.
