INTRODUCTION:
This product is simple in structure design and low in cost. The design of its sealing diaphragm changes the complicated process of matching the shell in the past, overcomes the defect that the shell of the traditional sensor is easy to be damaged due to deformation, and greatly improves the sealing performance of the sensor. Compared with the traditional column sensor, the sensor with this structure has higher accuracy in linearity, lateral resistance, torsion resistance and azimuth error.
This small size is suitable for the production and testing of 3C digital products. Traditional column sensors are widely used in various electronic weighing equipment such as track scales, hopper scales and platform scales.
KWT1D33H is a miniature, thin washer weighing sensor, which is suitable for the applications requiring load structures to pass through the sensor. It has multiple strain gauges and a unique single srain guage design that reduces errors caused by off-axis loads. The structure has a very small deflection and suitable for the measurement of dynamic reponse.
The ZMME is constructed from stainless steel and protected from moisture with an epoxy bonded cover. ZMME is configured for both of compression and tension force measurement. Full-bridge, bonded foil strain gauge technology provides excellent long-term stability and ensures high performance even in applications requiring in excess of 1 million load cycles.
