The ZMHB double-ended mounting provides good restraint to possible movement of the tanks and, in many cases, eliminates the needs for check rods. The shear beam design gives excellent performance for high capacity loading. The ZMHB is constructed of alloy steel and is potted to IP67 providing excellentt protection against moisture and humidity.

The ZM3DW 3 axis load cell utilizes independent wheatstone full bridge for Fx, Fy, Fz which provides mV/V output proportional to the applied force and requires no mathematical manipulation. Cusotmaztion can consist of load cells with client’s outer dimension, mouting size, output signal etc. Used with Zhimin’s data logger which can collect load cell’s voltage signal and display force curve.

Compact size

It is Also known as shear beam weighing sensor, its shape is mostly rectangular, and the strain zone is located in the middle of the sensor. The cantilever beam weighing sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation, reliable use, long service life, and high cost-effectiveness.
Cantilever beam weighing sensors are used in highway scales such as automobile scales, main axle load gauges, small weighing scales, and flat scales in industrial scales Platform scales, steel cylinder scales, and other fields have been widely used, generally using three or four sensors as a group.

Weighbridge load cells also known as truck scales are designed for truck and rail scales. The ZMHBQ is common product widely used around the world. The ZMHBQ is very cost-effective with C3 class. In most of situations, they are used at 4,6 or 8 numbers together, so their sensitivity must be exact same.
