This membrane load cell is made of stainless steel with a strong anti-eccentric load and double seals. Suitable for force detection in various harsh environments. These load cell types have a compact design in the measuring direction, ensuring ease of installation. We also provide custom-made fabrication to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
Model AL-SC is high-output load cell. These semiconductor strain gage load cells are engineered to measure loads from 500 lb to 2000 lb. The tension/compression Model AL-SC is designed with female threads. It provides high performance in non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability. Low mechanical deflection allows for better response capability.
TJL-12 ice detection load cell has good weather resistance and sealing stable performance. The pedal pressure sensor mounts directly to the brake pedal with its own mounting clamp. Load applied up to 1/2 inch off center, produces less than a 0.5% error. Standard capacity is 300 lbs. This load cell, which is used for brake pedal force measurements by the automotive industry, finds many production applications. It adapts to any of the pedal or bar operated devices used in all production facilities.
In the field of vehicle safety, a crash wall integrated with Crash Wall Load cells is an essential equipment. Each Crash Wall Load cell measures forces in X, Y, Z directions during vehicle impact test.
Two types of crash wall load cells are available: standard and lightweight versions. The standard version has a sensor capacity of 300 or 400kN, for digital or analog output versions respectively. These can be used to configure a Full Width Rigid Barrier. The lightweight version has a capacity of 50kN and can be integrated into a Mobile Progressive Deformable Barrier.
