Spoke Type Load Cell
The Spoke Type Load Cell is a force sensor made of the spoke-type elastomer structure and uses the shear stress principle. It consists of a wheel group, a wheel hub, a wheel spoke, and a strain gauge. It has a series of advantages such as low height, high precision, good linearity, strong resistance to eccentric load, and lateral force. It can measure both pressure and tension, making it ideal for weighing and force measurement. The spoke load cell belongs to the load cell, which is often used for static measurement and dynamic measurement. The mechanism is that the elastic body deforms elastically under the action of external force, and the resistance strain gauge also causes deformation. After the strain gauge is deformed, its resistance value will change, and then the resistor will be converted into an electrical signal by the corresponding measurement circuit. The Spoke Type Load Cell is widely used in electronic scales such as hopper scales, truck scales, rail scales, etc., as well as force analysis and measurement in various industrial weighing systems.
