BRG61055 Strain Gauge Torque Measurement
Introduction
Strain Gauge Torque Measurement have high precision, stable and reliable performance, and both ends are key-type connections, and what is more unexpected is that its speed can reach up to 1800 rpm, due to the transformer induction power supply, this series of rotary torque sensors can work for a long time, and can be widely used to measure the torque of motors, generators, reducers, diesel engines.
When measuring the torque speed, the Strain Gauge Torque Measurement only needs a speed sensor on the tachometer wheel and two sets of couplers are used between the power supply and the load to mount the rotating torque sensor; the power supply and the load device should be reliably fastened together except for vibration, in addition, the bases of our products and devices should be flexibly fixed in the case of bending torque so as to ensure that they can swing. A more important point is to ensure the correct electrical connection. If the output signal line cannot be grounded, the output current cannot be higher than 10mA when short-circuited to the power supply, and the shield of the shielded line must be connected to the common port (power ground) of the ±15V common power supply.

Installation method
The Strain Gauge Torque Measurement can be used in horizontal or vertical orientation. In addition, the direction of the cable is not limited. When installing this product to other devices, please support the frame of this product and fix the frame with hard bubbling urethane to prevent the frame from rotating.
