Description
AS41B belong to Low Profile Compression Disk Load cell, suitable for measuring compression and tension force, The standard material is high quality 40CrNiMoA alloy steel (the band “A” indicates that it is a high-grade high-quality alloy steel) , 17-4PH stainless steel is available, in addition, the construction is different, AS41A has a steel bal or Flat pressure head, which can ensure the force transferring.
Features:
AS41B has other features, the capacities is from 500kg to 100t, nickel plating, it is fully potted with special chemical compounds to IP66 to protect the cell from dust and moisture attack. The capacity of anti deviated load and impact is very strong. its structure is very compact, the design is suitable for the low profile equipment. On the process of making this load cell, there is unavoidable to arise side force in normal operations, the shear web design provides excellent performance, the typical example for side force resistance is the application motor truck scales and compression testing machine.
