STI / Clevis Pin Load Cell-Series LDP990


Stellar Technology’s Series LDP990 load cells are designed specifically for applications where shear axles, shear pins, clevis pins, or pulley shafts are carrying the load. The load pins are great for real time force monitoring of loads that are carried using these devices.

Clevis Pin Load Cell-Series LDP990

Additionally, clevis pin load cells are meant for coiled tubing injectors so as to measure the hanging weight and the injector forces of the tubing. The clevis pin load cells are completely made of stainless steel and they are sealed to meet the harshest operating conditions. Series LDP990 load pins come with internal amplifiers that provide high level digital outputs and analog outputs. The optional shackle kits consist of orientation bracket, shackle, and load positioning roller and they are now available.

Intrinsically safe (IEC, ATEX, and CSA) versions are now available with 4-20 mA output. The Series LDP990 load pins are made to be vibration and shock resistant. All units are shipped with a 5 point calibration record that can be traced to NIST as standard.
