Description

AP61A parallel beam load cell also called single point load cell, has 3kg,6kg,10kg,20kg,50kg, 100kg weight range, suitable for 250×350mm platform scale. High quality aluminium alloy material, surface anodized and anticorrision. The model load cell has good accuracy C3 ±0.02%,  and can customize the RS485/RS232 digital signal output. Description

Installation way:

First prepare two flat plates, the material and size are determined according to the equipment needs. Drill holes according to the fixing holes of the load cell; prepare four screws, screw caps and the gasket below. Place the sensor between the two plates, and fix the plate and the parallel beam load cell firmly with hexagon socket screws. The upper plate holds one end of the sensor and the lower plate holds the other end of the sensor. When fixing, a pre-prepared spacer should be added between the upper and lower plates and the sensor, so that the sensor can be suspended in the air for force measurement. Finally, fix the feet and other parts respectively to complete the installation of the load cell.
