KTC Displacement Measurement Instrument
KTC’s latest linear displacement sensor has an effective travel range of 50mm to 1500mm, with a 3.5mm buffer stroke at both ends and computer-calibrated accuracy of 0.08% to 0.03% FS. It features a built-in conductive plastic measuring cell with automatic electrical grounding. It has an IP67 protection rating and uses DIN430650 standard silver-plated plugs and sockets. The rod ball head has a 0.5mm automatic centering function and a maximum allowable speed of 10m/s.


The KTC tie rod electronic ruler is a general-purpose linear displacement sensor suitable for position detection in various types of equipment, such as injection molding machines, die-casting machines, rubber molding machines, shoe molding machines, EVA injection molding machines, blow molding machines, woodworking machinery, hydraulic presses, packaging machinery, printing machinery, and shield machines. When used with a universal joint or fisheye universal joint (optional), the sensor can reduce the adverse effects of misalignment during installation.

- This sensor is an absolute position sensor used in control and measurement systems for direct position and length measurement. It outputs current and voltage signals. The signals can also be converted to standard 5V-0V, 10-0V, or 20-4mA DC signals using an internal or external V/I converter. 20-0mA and 20-1mA are also available. The current signal can meet long-distance transmission control requirements.
- Digital Output: RS232, RS485, and standard Modbus.
Compatible Products:
1. Transmitter Module or External Transmitter Module: When the input and output signals are inconsistent, a transmitter module is required. Options include voltage transmitter modules (0-5V, 0-10V), current transmitter modules (4-20mA, two-wire or three-wire), and RS485 digital transmitter modules.
2. Digital Display: A digital display provides real-time feedback on sensor operating data and allows various control commands to be executed on the sensor. Therefore, the sensor can be connected to a wide range of instruments, such as the CH6 digital display, XST digital display, and XSE digital display.
