Application

 

The Shear Beam Load Cell is mainly suitable for electronic price scales, weighing scales and other small countertop electronic scales.

 

Installation method

 

First prepare two flat plates, the material and size are determined according to the needs. Drill holes according to the fixing holes of the sensor; prepare four screws, screw caps and the pads below. Place the sensor between the two plates, and fix the plate and the parallel beam load cell firmly with hexagon socket screws. The upper plate holds one end of the sensor, and the lower plate holds the other end of the sensor. When fixing, a pre-prepared gasket should be added between the upper and lower plates and the sensor, so that the sensor can be suspended in the air to measure the force. Finally, fix the feet and other components respectively to complete the installation of the sensor.
