It can operate at high speed for extended periods of time. There are no bearings between the outer casing and the rotating disk, allowing it to adapt to long-term high-speed operation and transmit static/rotational/static/dynamic torque signals.

Installation :

Flange-type torque sensors can be directly mounted on transmission equipment. The stator ring is fixed to the outer ring of the rotating rotor and supported by the stator base.

Installation Method:
1. The disc-type torque sensor consists of two parts: a stator (stationary housing) and a rotor (rotating disc).
2. Connect both ends of the rotor to the power source or load via flange couplings.

3. Fix the stationary housing to the base, adjust the clearance to ensure that the stationary housing and the rotating disc do not contact each other, and the radial runout must not exceed 0.5mm!

42CrMo Alloy Steel

Good hardenability and strong resistance to mechanical fatigue;
1. Thickened body
2. Corrosion and rust prevention
3. Precision casting

It Can Measure Static Torque And Rotational Torque

There are no bearings between the housing and the rotating disk, which can adapt to long-term high-speed operation. It can transmit static/rotational/static dynamic torque signals.

High-precision Strain Gauges

AVIC’s high-precision strain gauges offer high measurement accuracy, low creep, minimal thermal hysteresis, and good long-term stability.
