3. How to connect the parts<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. How to install a weighing module<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A: After\u00a0 the\u00a0 weighing\u00a0 platform\u00a0 and\u00a0 all\u00a0 installation\u00a0 accessories\u00a0 are\u00a0 ready, please\u00a0 install\u00a0 the\u00a0 weighing\u00a0 module\u00a0 product\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 weighing\u00a0 platform together;<\/p>\n

B: There\u00a0 are\u00a0 screw\u00a0 holes\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0 upper\u00a0 and lower\u00a0 mounting plates of the weighing module for fixing the sensor module. Please do not loosen any nuts on the weighing module product during installation;<\/p>\n

C: After all the installation work is in place, please completely loosen the A and B nuts when preparing to debug or use the weighing platform so that the platform is in a completely free-floating state.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. Installation and debugging precautions<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) During the installation and debugging process, it is not allowed to cut the original cables on our products, otherwise it will cause signal errors;<\/p>\n

Do not use the sensor body as a force support point during our installation, otherwise it will cause signal errors;<\/p>\n

(2) After all products are installed in place, loosen the two nuts (A, B) on the top of the module screw so that the weighing platform is completely floating;<\/p>\n

If re-transportation is required, please tighten nuts A and B again to protect the sensor from external damage;<\/p>\n

(3) The full scale range of a single sensor is 15 tons. Do not apply more than 150% of the safe overload range to a single product;<\/p>\n

(4) Please check the foundation condition before installation: the plane drop of each installation point should be controlled within 3 mm, and the levelness of the same foundation surface should be controlled within 1mm\/m; the bearing capacity of the installation base must be greater than the measuring range of the sensor.<\/p>\n

(5) This set of products is a high-precision weighing unit. During installation, transportation, debugging, and use, please prevent anyone from standing on the sensor or weighing platform. It is prohibited to use violent actions such as kicking or stomping, otherwise the product will be damaged. Our company is not responsible.<\/p>\n

6. Debugging<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Before the product leaves the factory, the error between each product has been calibrated with high precision and no adjustment is required;<\/p>\n

(2) All parameters of the weighing controller have been set before the product leaves the factory. Please do not modify the internal parameters;<\/p>\n

(3) After the weighing platform is completely installed and the nut on the top of the module has been loosened, please reset the instrument to zero (press and hold the zero\u00a0 key).\u00a0 Then\u00a0 it\u00a0 can\u00a0 be\u00a0 used\u00a0 for\u00a0 normal\u00a0 weighing.\u00a0 It\u00a0 has\u00a0 been calibrated with standard weights before leaving the factory. Do not recalibrate.<\/p>\n

(4) After use, if you need to recalibrate, please use a standard weight or an actual accurately weighed object as a weight\u00a0 reference. The\u00a0 recommended weight is 50% of the measuring range.<\/p>\n
