The ZMQS is double ended shear beam load cell, capacity from 1t up to 30t. The load cell has high accuracy and high stability, widely used in elevator industry.

The ZM3DW 3 axis load cell utilizes independent wheatstone full bridge for Fx, Fy, Fz which provides mV/V output proportional to the applied force and requires no mathematical manipulation. Cusotmaztion can consist of load cells with client’s outer dimension, mouting size, output signal etc. Used with Zhimin’s data logger which can collect load cell’s voltage signal and display force curve.
Compact size
The ZMSGA provides good restraint to possible movement of the automation and in many cases. The load cell has overload preventer which can protect sensor under extrem overloding situtation. The small size gives excellent performance for high capacity loading. The output is rationalized to facilitate multiple-cell application. ZMSGA is contructed of stainless steel and is potted to IP67 providing excellent protection against moisture and humidity.
