Nickel plated alloy steel
The LCD800 is a low-profile, disc-type plate weighing sensor with a wide measuring range from 0.1 to 200 tons. It is constructed of high-quality alloy steel with a nickel-plated surface, with stainless steel optional. It is suitable for corrosive and washdown environments. It can be used alone with a transmitter or in a tank with appropriate mounting accessories, and it can withstand partial and reverse loads.
The S beam load cell provides good restraint to possible movement of the automation and in many cases. The small size gives excellent performance for high capacity loading. The output is rationalized to facilitate multiple-cell application. ZMSA is contructed of stainless steel and is potted to IP67 providing excellent protection against moisture and humidity.
