GS21 piezoresistive differential pressure sensor is standard and common OEM pressure sensor applied for differential pressure measurement. High sensitivity and long term stability silicon Oil-filled sensor ship is employed and isolated from measured media by a stainless steel diaphragm and body with 19mm diameter.The high and low pressure sides are protected by isolated diaphragm. It can be used for measuring corrosive and conductive flow media. The measured differential pressure is transmitted onto the die through the diaphragm and filling silicon oil, so that the sensor could measure differential pressure precisely.
