In order to develop a six-dimensional force sensor, our company independently developed a six-dimensional force calibrator in 2016, which solves the problem that the sensor dimensions made of traditional uniaxial loading cannot be decoupled from each other. At present, we are one of the few sensor manufacturers with a full range series of multi-dimensional force calibrators in China, and we can provide coupling curves before and after the decoupling of each dimension.
This product enables dynamic measurement with a fast response speed and maintains static calibration stability over time. It has minimal sensitivity error for both tension and compression forces, making it ideal for applications requiring precise force measurement.
The S beam load cell provides good restraint to possible movement of the automation and in many cases. The small size gives excellent performance for high capacity loading. The output is rationalized to facilitate multiple-cell application. ZMSA is contructed of stainless steel and is potted to IP67 providing excellent protection against moisture and humidity.
