The SC921 is a double ended shear beam load cell with high accuracy and linearity. It is ideal for use in harsh industrial environments for accurate and reproducible results. SC921 is manufactured from high quality alloy tool steel, it is laser welded and meets the requirements of protection class IP68.

This system can perform high-speed data acquisition in conjunction with our 6-axis force sensor. It displays real-time values, maximum values, and current status for all six components: Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, and Mz. Real-time force data can also be recorded at speeds of up to 1000 Hz, and the recorded data can be exported by date and time for analysis.

This system is designed for performance testing of standard motors. Traditional manual inspection methods are inefficient and less accurate. By using this system, accuracy can be improved, efficiency increased, and fully automated testing can be achieved. The system can support up to three testing units simultaneously.

This system can interface with a variety of our measurement instruments and transmitters to collect data at high speed and plot curves, and also provides alarm functions for real-time and peak values.
