BRG62050A Contactless Dynamic Torque Sensor
Our Contactless Dynamic Torque Sensor adopts the strain gauge electric measurement technology, forming a strain bridge on the elastic axis, providing power to the strain bridge to measure the electric signal of the torsion of the elastic axis, amplifying the strain signal and transforming it into a frequency signal proportional to the torsion strain through voltage/frequency conversion. It is made of stainless steel, which ensures that it is not easily damaged even after a long period of use, making it more durable. In addition, it is equipped with high-precision strain gauges and anti-interference cables, so the dynamic response frequency is extremely high and the performance is very stable.
Features
1. Our Contactless Dynamic Torque Sensor is made of 40Cr alloy steel with nickel plated surface to resist corrosion. Nickel plated to resist corrosion. We can provide non-standard customization service according to customer’s installation requirements, and also all kinds of torque transducers can be customized,We also have all kinds of torque transducers that can be customized.
2. The detection end of our product is highly accurate and stable, and it can continuously measure forward and reverse torque without repeated zeroing, and it can measure both static torque and dynamic torque.
3. It is small in size, light in weight and very easy to install. You only need to provide 15VDC ( 200mA) power supply, you can output the square wave or pulse wave frequency signal with impedance proportional to the torque.

1. In case of bending moment, the torque sensor and the base of the equipment should be flexibly fixed to ensure they can swing.
