The ZM2DW force sensor F, M utilizes independent wheatstone full bridge for each axis which provides mV/V output proportional to the applied force and requires no mathematical manipulation. Typical applications for this type of transducer are for example force exertion control in robotics, automotive crash testing, industrial test benches, grinding force control, actuator operating force measurement,etc.

It is Also known as shear beam weighing sensor, its shape is mostly rectangular, and the strain zone is located in the middle of the sensor. The ZM3DW 3 axis load cell utilizes independent wheatstone full bridge for Fx, Fy, Fz which provides mV/V output proportional to the applied force and requires no mathematical manipulation. Cusotmaztion can consist of load cells with client’s outer dimension, mouting size, output signal etc. Used with Zhimin’s data logger which can collect load cell’s voltage signal and display force curve.
